The Army-Baylor Graduate Program in Health Care Administration

I joined the Navy a little over 14 years before I was commissioned.  As part of the Navy's In-service Procurement Program and following the Officer Indoctrination School in Rhode Island, I started a master's degree in Health Care Administration.

This program is acclerated and demanding.  My classmates are 50 of the brightest individuals that I have had the pleasure to meet.

The class is on its way to bigger and better things!

The curriculum is challenging and comparable with other graduate programs in Health Care Administration.  If you would like to see exactly which subjects are taught, follow this link:

The academic portion is accomplished in a single calendar year, and then the students are sent to various hospitals for a year long residency.  The exact residency site vary from year to year.  The sites are dependent on the needs of the services and availability of preceptors.

As part of my networking class, here are the abstracts of some of the papers that I either wrote (or helped to write) during my time in the Baylor HCA program.
